Accountable institutions remain solely responsible for meeting their own obligations under the FIC Act, the FIC Amendment Act and related regulations.

FICAVault helps you store and share documents but does not certify, notarise or verify their authenticity beyond the specific verification features described in the product. Institutions receiving documents through FICAVault remain responsible for satisfying themselves that the documents meet their internal and regulatory requirements.

Where the site links to third-party websites (e.g. the Information Regulator, SARS), FICAVault is not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.
